This lightweight moisturizer is supercharged with Vitamin C, an antioxidant that can help reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Acerola Fruit Extract (Malpighia Punicifolia Fruit Extract) is one of the richest sources of vitamin C in the world. It is the fruit of a small tree known as Malhighia glabra L. In addition Acerola contains flavonoids, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B6, Folic Acid, Niacin, Beta-Carotene and important minerals, such as magnesium and potassium. Its antioxidants effects are used to protect skin from environmental damage neutralize free radicals and stimulate collagen regeneration to help improve elasticity. Glycerin is a natural moisturizer that adds water to the epidermal layer. Dimethicone is used to relieve mild skin irritations, moisturize dry patches or aid healing wounds.
